PLAYzone Challenge 2019

We have organized our own BYOC LAN event in the G2 pavilion of the Brno Exhibition Center during 21st and 23rd June. The event was attended by a total of 533 players, making it the largest event of this kind on the Czech and Slovakian scene at its very first year of production. 

The event comprised a total of seven professional tournaments for prize pools of 275,000 CZK. Tournaments in CS:GO, PUBG and Hearthstone were included in the qualification cycle for the Czech National Championships in computer and mobile games. The event was visited by approximately 600 attendants and the live stream featuring celebrities such as CzechCloud, Xnapy, Dev1 or DeeThane accumulated more than 200,000 views with a total amount of 65,000 watched hours. Promotion of the partners of the event, Alza.cz, Samsung, TP-Link, Trust, Chance, Intel, OMEN by HP, Pringles, CETIN, Excelent and NVIDIA, was ensured on-the-spot and also during an online marketing campaign. Additionally an entertainment program in the form of virtual reality, racing playseats, console or computer gaming including the possibility to play with popular streamers, was arranged in the public zone.
